Matt Dixon

Matt made his stage debut at the tender age of three months in "Pure as the Driven Snow" for Cornstock Theater in Peoria, IL. Since then he has volunteered at theaters across the Midwest, both onstage and off. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he was Publicity Manager and Assistant Musical Director for the University of Illinois Xtension Chords men's a cappella group. His years as a madrigal singer at Crystal Lake Central High School instilled him with a passion for the Christmas season, and for caroling specifically. Matt made his Grand Rapids theater debut as brother Dan in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Grand Rapids Civic Theater. Matt is currently onstage for Civic Theater's production of Our Town, playing George Gibbs opposite fellow Good Tidings caroler Chelsea Herrema.
